This course isn't only for those who are actively working with anxiety and depression. The course was created so that each of the 4-weeks builds on the classes before. It combines MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), Buddhist and Yogic Psychology, Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation, Depth and Somatic Psychology, and my 10+ years of living this work.
